I have a galaxy note 10.1 2014 and I was wodering if the pen uses any batter power, inside the pen..... like small rechargable battery, since it does have a button to change its actions..... or is it just very similar to a cap. touch pen??

The Note 8.0 which is the same technology does not use any battery. You can use a stylus from a Wacom tablet with your Note 10.1 . I often use a Lenovo Tablet PC stylus with my Note 8.0 .

The Wacom technology in the Note 8.0 and 10.1 (including the 2014 model) makes these tablets real gems and well worth the price.
