People cannot hear me during a phone call!

The problem has been for maybe a couple weeks..Ive been told my voice sounds very soft and far away. Even when I move my mouth directly over the mic.
What could be causing this? I do bring my phone in the bathroom sometimes to hear Pandora during a shower. It doesnt get wet per se, but could condensation be inside? That's all I can think of.

Welcome to Android Central! What if you turn on speakerphone, or use a wired or Bluetooth headset? If people hear you normally, then the problem is with the primary phone mic. Check to make sure the mic opening isn't blocked by a case or by any debris. You can use a needle or safety pin to gently remove anything that might be clogging the opening. If it isn't clogged, then the mic itself might be faulty.

Also, make sure the secondary mic isn't blocked as well (which is used for noise cancellation). The secondary mic is next to the headphone jack.
