People can't hear me on my bluetooth radio.

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy S8 phone and a Kenwood bluetooth radio. I have no problem getting them to connect to one another and everything seems to work great. Except when I go to make/receive a phone call. I can hear the other person just fine but, they can't hear me. Is there a problem with the microphone on the radio/ Or is it a set up problem? How can I fix it?

Try to delete from phone and radio pair , and then reboot the phone and pair again

Same problem on my S9... I'ma get the pixel 6 soon, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still a problem . I have a double din Kenwood DNX891HD and the BT works great except when a call is made I can hear them but they can't hear me. I'm not sure if the mic that is used is from the phone or stereo? Any help would be great! Even if I already have a new phone by the time it's figured out, I'd still like to know
