on the left side click Something's Not Working > Report a Broken Feature > There's a problem when... > Posting a Picture in the "During Upload" at the lower part click Images appear distorted/scrambled (Android only).

I wish they will fix the issue as soon as possible because S4's camera is really AWESOME.
