Permission Denied

Getting Permission Denied when unlocking my Galaxy J3V after hitting the Home button and swiping the unlock icon.

I was finally able to figure out what my problem was. My app called Button Mapper was recently updated and needs Text to Voice permissions to follow the buttons pressed. This is in the Accessibility section of Settings. I had disabled
Text to Voice. After enabling it, the app works good and I no longer get Permission Denied.
