Question Permission to open a new tab.

Is there a way to make browsers asking me permission before opening a new tab everytime when i click a links on websites?

The issue is not opening a link in a new tab, same tab, new tab it doesn't matter, i just want the browser to ask me if i want to open the link that i clicked.

Or do you know any browser that has this kind of feature..?

Welcome to AC!
I'm not aware besides ad blockers used to prevent ad Pop ups from opening new tabs , maybe some other members know just for regular tabs that would be a pain in my opinion.
