Philips Android Connect doesn't show up in Marketplace

I bought the Philips - Android Connect on sale at Best buy over the holidays. I logged on to my gmail acct and can downloads apps from the Android market using the Phillips player. However, when I go to my PC and log into the market, the Android Connect doesn't show up as one of my devices. My cell phone does but not my Android Connect. So I can't download and install any apps for my Phillips using my PC. Does anyone know why that is?
