Phone and tablet on the same line?

Hi, I was wondering if I can have a phone and a tablet on the same line. My phone is 4g-capable and has a 4g sim card. If I move the 4g sim card to a tablet, will the phone work under 3g and the likes, while the tablet runs on 4g?

No, only the device with the 4GLTE sim will have connectivity to Verizon's network.
