phone app crashing when dialing after kit kat

Ok so when I try to make a phone call the screen goes black, the only thing I see is the status bar and the home, back button and the other one, after that I get a message that says phone app stop working and I can wait or close it.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

Nope. Been making and receiving calls the last two days and no problem. You might need to just wipe the phone clean.
