Phone asks for report confirmation

I'm hoping I can find some help here. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, and I've had it for a few months now, bought new from the service provider. I've been able to message contacts, and press the "back" arrow at the top left of the screen to go back to the conversations page that lists all ongoing conversations. I began dating a woman three weeks ago. When we first exchanged numbers, and started texting, I found that if I press the "back" arrow to go back to the conversations page, occasionally it will pop a notification box up asking for confirmation to report. I don't know why it does this to only her number and/or messages. I've deleted her contact information, and re-entered it, but it still asks for report confirmation.
