Phone being monitored?? How can I find out?

Okay so since my recent bad breakup I have been basically staying off radar. I changed my phone number and it was quite for a minute and then it the last few days everytime I dial a number it looks like a screen shot is being taken. Does it help to change number or is there any recommendations on how to be protected by this type of activity? I am starting to get an ulcer...

Welcome to Android Central! It's highly unlikely that you've been hacked (assuming your ex isn't some kind of blackhat tech whiz).

Do you see it if you boot into Safe Mode?
