Phone boots straight to Bootloader/Fastboot screen

Are working on a Evo LTE or a 3d? PG86IMG is for a 3d. PJ75IMG is for the LTE.
Which RUU did you download , the .exe or the PJ75IMG? they are different

I'm using the LTE one. I download the RUU.exe. I read on a thread to run the RUU on a PC and then go to Run and type " %temp% " and extract the rom.zip and rename it P86IMG.zip inorder to flash it since my USB reading my evo

Rename it PJ75IMG do not put the zip on it or its going to be .zip.zip
Make sure you are downloading the RUU for the LTE

I take that back. I just loaded the PJ75IMG.img and it worked perfect! I can't thank you enough for all your help, you saved my $150
