Phone calls chirping sound

Has anyone noticed chirping noises or popping type noises during a phone call? I have the weaker 4G signal inside my apartment but believe I was on 3G during the call. Ever so often I would get this chirp, pop noise during the call. I had the sound+ app installed, but I uninstalled to see if it was the cause.

I installed Skype on my Galaxy Nexus the other day and every call has chirped the entire time connected. Very irritating. Did you find a solution?

i believe its the NFC chip/antenna, turn off NFC and do a battery pull, it fixed mine.

I never noticed it, my call just drops hahaha.
