Phone calls not going to Bluetooth earpiece (though everything else goes) since updates

I got the update in the last few days. Since then I noticed that phone calls are not going to my Plantronics Bluetooth earpiece. If I turn on a song, it goes to the earpiece. But if I call out or receive a call, it goes to the phone. When I look at options, it has speaker, handset, or the Plantronics, and I choose it, but sound still stays on the phone.

This is a big problem since I like using my headset for phone calls. I tried repairing it but no luck.

Go to the Bluetooth page (long-press the Bluetooth icon). With the phone connected, tap the gear to the right of the phone. Make sure Phone Calls is enabled. (If there's no Phone Calls item, the phone isn't capable of using the earpiece [or the earpiece isn't capable of handling phone calls from the phone]. In that case, you could try BTmono - no guarantees, but it's free.)

Thanks for responding. Everything seemed OK. After a few hours, it worked again. I think it may have had to do with a conflict with the Android Play on my car, even though it clearly showed connetion to my headset.
