add multiple contacts to the same main contact card
such as PAs other doctors who work there
schedulers and nurses etc. instead of having to make multiple separate contact cards for the same facility

I don't understand the question. Having multiple numbers for people under one contact has been a standard feature on Android phones since like 2010. Just open the contact, hit edit, add more numbers and label it how you want it.
