Phone crashing

Has anyone experienced when running about 30 apps on developer preview 4 the OS running slowly, sluggishly and crashing? There are topics on XDA developers discussing it, that's why I'm asking it. Thank you.

What do you mean 30 apps running ? 30 apps on the phone or in the background ? 30 apps in the background is quite a lot im not sure why you have s many in the background especially on a dev preview

OK not sure but I had read something about it in the other website figured I'd ask.

I've got 87 apps installed and usually between 10 and 20 running at any given time. I haven't noticed any of the problems that you described.

What specifically do you mean by the OS crashing? What error is it throwing when that happens?

How often do you restart the device?

Have you ever cleared the system cache in Recovery mode?

Actually it hasn't even happened to mine and all. Lol there was just about XDA thread regarding it, that's why I wanted to ask.
