My wife owns Samsung Galaxy S6. For the past couple weeks she had some problems with charging the battery. She said when the phone was plugged for the night it only charged 20%. So she used my wireless charging port. One day she had only about 15% left of the battery and suddenly the phone died. Can't do anything. So I replaced the battery and still same think. Won't charge either with cable or wireless. She never had her contacts updating to google so now we try to get them somehow. PC won't connect to phone. Is there a way to download the contacts somehow? Or do you guys know what might be the problem?
