Phone Dialer Weirdness (Private Numbers)

Ok, probably not the best thread title, but I'm running on empty this morning. My 6p does this weird thing where my wife's work number shows up as a Private Number. It's never done this on any other device. If I pop my sim into my old Moto X, her number shows when I call. It shows correctly on her iPhone and it shows up correctly for everyone else. It's strictly isolated to my 6p, which is on Verizon.

I'm utterly clueless on the cause or how to fix it. It's maddening because I make a habit to never answer a private number. Any ideas? It has to be handset specific (we're both on Verizon).
