Phone disconnect alert

I have recently done a factory reset on both my phone and watch. Before that I had an app(?) that would notify me with vibrations and an alert if I left my phone behind or the watch became disconnected. For the life of me, I can't remember what app (or setting) this was! Any ideas?

Those aren't it, but one of those look like what I want. I basically want to know when I leave my phone in a restaurant.
