Phone Factory Reset Itself!

Hello, new here.

I've read a few users on reddit have the same issue. The issue is my LGG2 somehow reset "itself" to factory settings wiping out everything on my phone. Has this happened to anyone else? Luckily, important things like contacts were back up through Gmail/Google. I did however lose photos, at least from what I can see.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Wow...that would really s%#k! I haven't had anything like that happen since my old Palm Treo. We depend so much on what we put on devices now...so much more so than I had on that dinosaur. Backing up to the cloud mitigates the pain these days. Looking forward to the G3 and backing up locally to the micro SD.
