Phone goes to home screen while on calls.

This is on a Oneplus 5 and is driving me mad. I checked someone else's oneplus 5, and it doesn't do this.

For the life of me I can't find any relevant option. But there must be some options somewhere... Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! When does it go to the homescreen -- when you hold the phone up to your ear? Is the screen turning off properly when you hold it up to your ear during a call?

That only happens to me if I answer the call it goes to the call screen then hit the home button. Other than that I don't see a setting that would cause that? What build are you on?
