I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 on AT&T, and I got it in April 2018. It updated once in June 2018, but hasn't since then. I have checked for updates and it claims that it is up to date when it is not. I check AT&T's website and it says there is an update for Android 9.0, yet I'm not receiving it. I have contacted AT&T about this and they do not know what to do. My mom got an S9 in September 2018, and it has never updated either. Even her old S7 stopped updating around the same time as my S9. Both S9's are having the same issue. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks!
