Phone hijacked?

Something popped up on my phone today as being downloaded and I have no clue what it was or why. Can someone tell me what this is? My phone was rendered useless until this finished!
How can I insert a picture? It had syntax Carrier XAA and then blurred out something or other and then Current Binary

That's the built-in recovery, it's waiting for a computer with a tool called ADB to push an update file. Someone can correct me but you should be able to hold the power button to turn off the phone then turn it back on and it should boot to Android. There is nothing nefarious about this.

Thats download mode to install firmwares, nothing there looks like you been hacked .

Phones that have a Download Mode typically require the user to power the phone on with both the Power button and the Vol Down button at the same time to reach that mode. You might have inadvertently pressed Vol Down while powering on. If you find that this happens all the time, that can be a sign of a faulty Vol button.
