Phone icon with a "2"

[Android Central Question]

I keep seeing a phone icon during calls with the number 2. There is no extra sim card and they are local calls.

I am concerned about "stalker ware".

If you dont have dual sim , my edumacated guess maybe letting you know you had missed call 2 of them ?
