phone in USB host mode

My HTC One in USB host mode so how can disable it i cant charge my phone

It sounds like you need a new cable. I don't believe there is any mode that disables charging when connected to a power source. If you have a different cable try that or I've found cheap cables at Big Lots, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree. Prices are $1 to $7 and I've not had any issues with them other than my kids keep finding ways to destroy them.
