Phone is acting up. Urgent help needed.

Hey there,

My phone has been acting really strange.

1. My phone is now just plain laggy. Opening, switching, and closing apps is slow.

2. When I press the volume buttons, the on-screen toggle appears like normal. But it will not go away until I actually touch the screen.

3. It is no longer showing 5GHz WiFi networks.

There are also a few other things that I have forgotten. I have restarted my phone. This didn't happen after any sort of update.

I will be happy for any response. Kind regards.
