Phone is acting weird

Ok so this morning my phone started to act funny it shows I have media playing but I don't when I am on the phone all I can use is speaker phone when I press the volume key on the side of my phone without being on pandora or anything it will show my media and the only time I can hear music or videos is when im on the phone and it's on speaker I have done everything I'm not getting it

Is any Bluetooth headphones connected or wired headphones?

It's a samsung galaxy a 51 there is no Bluetooth connected it is off j have forced stopped apps I have restarted phone I have done the do not disturb I have erased apps it's getting frustrating the only thing I havnt done is factory reset it and I really don't want to do that

I was using my Bluetooth head phone when I was on the phone this morning and then I put them back in the case and that's when my phone started to act weird

I have even unpaired everything that I had connected to blue tooth

Ok let me understand correctly, you play music and it on loud speaker ? Which it's supposed to unless I'm not fully understand your issue
