AC Question

I just recently uninstalled a bunch of apps I wasn't plying. I got some new ones and installed them but when I went to move some of them to my external sd card it says not enough storage space. But there is nothing on my card and it is showing I have 125 gigs available. What can I do to make it work

Welcome to Android Central! Which device do you have? Some devices partition their Internal Storage into a smaller App Storage area and a larger "Internal SD," that is separate from the External SD. These kinds of devices typically move an app to the Internal SD, not External SD. If your Internal SD partition is pretty full, that may be why you're getting the message.

I just recently bought the LG G Stylo for Boost mobile myself. Thanks to the morons at LG taking the choice of making the SD card a part of the phone away from customers; moving apps is the only way to alleviate space from the internal storage. I bought a 16GB UHS-I SanDisk SD card from Walmart and I have run into this same problem. My phone says there is "not enough space" when i have over 13GB of space left on the card! There has to be a flaw in the OS somewhere.
