Phone jackstick is loose, how can I fix it?

Phone jackstick is loose

Greetings everyone

When I inset my headphone jackstick to my phone, it is very loose, if I just touch the headphone stick the music stops. I tried on my friends phone and it works perfectly fine, so there is something wrong with mine. I have tried to blow the hole, and used tape to see if there were something stuck.

If it is loose it 1: needs to be soldered or 2: buy a new motherboard
