Phone keeps spamming notification when connected to PC?

Is anyone having this issue? Whenever I connect to phone to PC, it keeps spamming the notification that it's connected for HOURS. Please help

What do you mean by 'spamming'? Does it come and go constantly? If so, there might be a loose USB connector either on your phone, the cable itself, or the PC's USB port...
