if this is a repeat i'm sorry!! ive looked through the forums, searched for similar threads and tried the different things that ppl have suggested but i'm still having problems!

I'm running stock 2.1 on my Hero (not rooted, no ROMs, etc.)

i've deleted a lot of my apps...the only ones i have left are Zedge, Advanced Task Manager, and pandora (these are the ones i d/l. i haven't deleted any of the ones that were preloaded). I had the Swype beta on my phone and deleted that as well and my memory was fine but its saying i'm low again! its says i have about 15.4 mb left.

also i was gonna do a factory reset but i cant seem to find it!! i've gone to HTC's website and even searched the forums on how to do this and what it says to do is go to Settings>Security>Factory Data Reset. but when i go to through to Security, it just has "Screen unlock Pattern", "Passwords", and "Credential Storage". Nowhere does it say Factory Data Reset!!

HELP android nation!!!

Root and uninstall the BP widget. It starts up when you don't want it to, it's tough to kill, and it leaks like a sieve.

i'm not gonna root cause knowing me i would make my phone a brick lol. but i finally found the factory data rest. its in privacy not security, so if someone wants to change the forum page that tells you how to reset or contact HTC, go for it!!

MODs: you can delete this thread now....i think i fixed my phone...for now lmao
