I am getting this message on my Samsung S6 when i try to sign in, about "this phone is locked because of an abnormal factory reset". and it's saying i need to log in using the samsung account that was previously used.
Well i bought this phone used on eBay and i have no idea who the previous person was.
What do i do? is there any way around this?
