Phone Locked out by another Company, what should I do?

Phone Locked out by another Company

i recently bought a S5 from someone online but when i got it it asks for the company Rent a Centers pin code to unlock it i am wondering if there is a way to remove this or bypass this all together any help would be greatly appreciated

You can't. Unfortunately, you're screwed and should go after the seller for a refund.
