phone makes random noise now

so i will admit i dropped the phone, wasnt too hard. nothing cracked or anything thank goodness. but now i randomly hear a click noise from the speaker....its not a physical click...when you press the home button and that click noise it makes, its that sound...like a delayed echo....anyone have similar issue or knw if the phone seems damaged now?

Yeah. That's not because you dropped it. i started hearing it the second day I used my phone to. Go to sound meny and uncheck sound at press or something. Worked for me. But sometimes it comes back Don't know why.
