Phone making calls on it's own!?!

My phone was laying on my desk at work when I noticed a prompt that said "ongoing wifi call". I hadn't made a call and there was nothing I could answer or see when I clicked on the phone icon.

Can anyone explain this from what they are in the screenshot below?

Nope it turns out this wasn't a call made or received in my call history. It's also not a number in my contact list. There's no history of my assistant making or receiving this call either. This isn't a call that went to my spam either.
