Phone not provisioned?

Okay so I reset my phone or whatever, and now I need to add my google accout to go onto the market, right? So when I tried, it failed and said it couldn't connect because my phone may not be provisioned or it was a temporary problem. I tried again and again, and nothing worked. I added my youtube account and it didn't help, or at least I don't know what to do with it. And it will just say you do not have a connection when I have wifi on, even though I'm connected. I'm going to take it to best buy and maybe verizon, but can anyone help me?

More detail on what you did immediately before the problem please. How did you reset it....what setup are/were you running?

I saw this problem with my phone just out of the box; it would do everything fine except for sign into the market with a google checkout account. I messed with it for a few days and ended up switching to JTs Clean Rom which included the newest version of the market, and it has worked fine ever since.

Kay I got it to work on stock, but I can't download anything, and idk how to push apps on my phone and make them work. Also when I reboot, it goes through set up wizard each time. I'll try odin again.

Settings - > Privacy - Wipe / restore to factory default.

That will fix your provisioning / market issues.

That seems to be the only time it works to sign into your google account. Just follow the setup wizard and it should work.
