Phone not responding to Hi galaxy

Hi guys

This is my first post and hope someone can help me.
I was trying out s voice with drive mode on and it seems ok to use in the car.
My problem is that after i ask s voice to perform an action (play music for example ) and that action is executed (music player screen becomes active ), s voice kind of goes to sleep and i can't wake it up with hi galaxy command.It's more weird because in lock screen s voice responds to hi galaxy command.

I'm also interested in the answer to this question. I cannot get my phone to respond to Hi Galaxy, yet in the google search bar it will respond to Hi Google.
