Phone not showing calls when in use.

Ok so this has happened a few times recently. I’m using my phone for whatever, a call comes in and rings on my watch and has option to answer from it, but nothing on my note 10. Hasn’t seemed to happen when I’m not using the phone though. Only when already unlocked. No indication a call is even coming in or a way to answer. I NEVER want to answer a call with my watch. What has changed? May be since the last wear update? Any ideas? I haven’t changed anything but this never happened with my s9. Both phone and watch would both show and be able to answer the incoming call.

Hi, in the dialer app in settings of it there's a option to toggle answer automatically after set time while a headset or Bluetooth device is connected.

Thanks for the reply. That setting is toggled off though. The watch will continue to ring though and the call doesn’t answer unless I do so on my watch. But no indication whatsoever that a call is coming in on my phone. Not in the pull down shade or anywhere.

Hi, no, I don’t ever want my phone to auto answer and I’ve never had it toggled on on any phone. I just want my phone to actually show that a call is coming in and not sure if it’s a wear setting I am missing or something.

No, you can set when it will , like 30 seconds or 60 ...but check in Bluetooth settings turn calls off there
