Phone - Persistent DialPad during Phone Calls

With the new Lollipop Dialer ("Phone" - app), is there a way for the "Dialpad" to be on by default all the time whle on a phone call Previous phones/apps had options for dialpad to be up for 1800- Number or 100% of the time. I've been searching through all the options but I can't find it. The contact's picture during the call is mostly useless and I find myself searching for the button and bumping Mute or Turn On Camera a third of the time.
