Phone powering off and on.

Hi, I've got a sprint galaxy note2. And today it started powering off and on and I can't Uninstall any apps. Done a hard reset and still not working properly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this a Note 2 phone or tablet? If it's a phone, maybe the battery is dying--try a new one.

You could also try removing the SD card, since a corrupt card can cause various issues.

Thanks. It's a phone. I'll try that. When I did the hard reset, it didn't completely wipe everything. My wallpaper that I had came right back so I don't think the sprint rep done this reset properly.
