Phone randomly stops recording video on Ultra

I was trying to document the condition of my residence before someone moves out and I noticed that while taking video, the video would randomly stop. Sometimes a few seconds in, sometimes a few minutes in and various points in between. I had not been using the phone prior to this and the phone was not overheating. It would do this pretty quickly into the recording. I tried restarting the phone and that didn't solve it. I changed the profile from light to standard and still nothing. I tried all the different resolutions and it would still give me issues. And my free storage is way over 300 gigs. Any idea what this could be?
