Phone Randonly turns off

Hello.

This night, my phone turned off for some reason.
It can be quite a problem, since my alarm wont ring in the morning.

The phone was charging so it couldn't be the battery.

I have experienced this before with my S III

Is it possible to find a log-file that shows why it shut down, or does anyone know what could have caused it?

I don't think that's the problem.

Sometimes it reboots at random times.
It rarely turns off, but sometimes it happens - haven't noticed if it is after a specific action, but last night it was while charging.
Luckily I woke up by myself
