Phone repeatedly sending text messages

My mum has reported that my Galaxy S8 is sending the same texts multiple times. She is on a Galaxy S8 too. It is not showing up on my end.

Btw i am taking this into the store.

I'd talk to your carrier about this, since it's more likely to be a network issue.

I'm going to the carphone warehouse. I am in the UK.

Besides, the phone sending it is on a different carrier to the phone receiving.

I suppose it could be on either end. Ask your mother to talk to her carrier as well.

Any way to check if she's being billed multiple times? Might help in identifying at which end the problem resides..
