Phone restarting at random times!?

Every time I unlock my phone, go to text, play a game, get on social media, the phone will shut down and restart. there isn't one particular thing that I open that shuts it off but its annoying when it happens. Is there anything I can do without going to the store?

You can try clearing cache in recovery mode or a factory reset. If you do the latter make sure to backup your data first
