Phone reverts back to low volume of everything by itself once in 2 days

For some reason the sound of incoming call and other media reverts to a very low volume once in 2 days. I checked all volume settings: they are on maximum. The only way to have a full volume is to restart the phone. Is there a hidden sound menu ? Please, help !

No, and unless you are running some app that affects the volume, I'd suggest doing a factory reset. Before doing that, go through all your apps looking for a utility that affects volume, including apps like equalizers.
