Phone rings but cannot hear caller

My phone rings but cannot hear the caller. Will receive texts.

Can you hear them if you call them?

If you turn speaker phone, can you hear them that way?

I had this happen once a few months ago. I did a restart on the S6 and then all was well.

This happened to me once. It took about 4 hours to realize my bluetooth headphones were still "on" from when I was at the gym earlier. All of my calls were coming through but going through the headphones for sound. Too funny
