phone rooted but still cant run droid vnc server

hello all I have a galaxy s2 4g touch, I rooted the phone I installed droid vnc server, I read its the best one just like having your phone on your computer, u can run all the apps etc from the interface that looks just like your phone. anyway I installed it. every time I start it I get cant start server. the phone is rooted. I get a message in the notification that says #superuser droid vnc server has been denied the phone is rooted so I am stumped? I am also getting the yellow triangle when I boot, and

things i have done to the phone, I rooted and mod the wifi hotspot app.
