Phone says i have 7.0 nougat

I had a system update notification to install the 7.0 Nougat on my VZW Droid Turbo 2. I did it then my ph shut down and when it came back on I checked the notification up top and it said system update not installed. I checked my system update in my ph settings it said "Software not updated to 25.216.2."Under that, it says "install deferred". But yet I have the 7.0 Nougat. In my ph settings, in the about phone, it says Android version 7.0. System version 25.216.2.kinzie_verizon.en.US. So I'm not understanding what the "Install deferred" Why is it saying that?
