Phone screen makes weird noises

So my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact which I only got a bit over a month ago makes a clicking noise when the screen is pressed down. Any way to fix this?

Hi, have you dropped or damaged the screen in any way? if it's only a month old I would look at returning it if I were you - you don't want it to become an issue further down the line.
