When I move the phone away from my head during call the screen stays black, there is no option like "turn screen off during calls" in settings, how do I get it fixed?
My last A3 worked properly and I didn't have to do anything, I am on my second A3 (returned the first one because it didn't support LTE) and this one came without it.
